Pin & Barrel Continuous Hinge Electric Through-Wire Panel (TWP)

Pin and Barrel Continuous Hinge Electric Through-Wire Panel (TWP)

The Ives 700CS Series through-wire panel (TWP) solution option provides a seamless and efficient method for maintaining the clean aesthetic design while providing robust electric power transfer capabilities. Exclusively designed for the 700CS models, this innovative solution combines the durability and reliability of Ives' medical-grade bearings with the convenience of easy installation and maintenance.

Overview

The 700CS Series Through-Wire Panel (TWP CON) is heavy duty and easy-to-install and provides reliable electric power transfer from the frame to the door, supporting electrified mortise or cylindrical locks, exit devices with electric latch retraction, and electric strikes. The panel can quickly slip in and out of the hinge for maintenance and replacement. The through-wire panel maintains a one piece appearance on the cover side of the hinge.

It installs with the same 5⁄16" clearance as aluminum geared hinges and works in all of the decorative cover finishes. Compatible with both 4-wire and 8-wire installations, the CS Series through-wire panel also offers an optional Allegion Connect 8-pin Connector for easy integration with other electrical devices.
