Recommended for low frequency, residential applications

Not recommended for use with a door closer

Ives five-knuckle plain bearing residential hinges are designed for use on wood doors weighing less than 70lbs, or with lower traffic residential applications without closers. Ives 1000 Series hinges are available in 1040 steel substrate in 3.5 x 3.5 - 4 x 4 sizes and a broad range of finishes, and square or rounded corners. Now compatible with Ives hinge pin door stop models (69, 70, 72, 73) and designed with removable pin and cap. Comes standard with wood door fasteners.
